Ok, so the weather has taken a turn in the last 24 hours and we've been blasted with a cold front. However the first ten days of January have just been incredible with the warm weather we've received.

Oscar and his daughter Melina, are using our grills on January 9th! Incredible! Oscar and Melina have lived at Eagle Ridge Apartments for about a year.
