Happy Halloween from Eagle Ridge

Happy Halloween from Eagle Ridge Apartments!

Remember to put the orange flyer with the ghost on it on your door if you would like to welcome trick-or-treaters. The office also has treats available for those who stop by (with or without a costume)!

Taylor our Turtle owner brought us in this cute little carved pumpkin as a gift.
And one of our more creative residents, Katrina, did an awesome job carving this pumpkin!
That takes talent AND patience!

Have a fun and safe Halloween night!

Welcome to the Staff, Nikki

Nikki is all settled in to the Rental Office
We'd like to offer a hearty welcome to Nikki, who recently joined our staff as a Leasing Consultant. Nikki is originally from Maple Grove, but she moved to Alexandria eight years ago, where she worked at the Geneva Golf Course. She has also worked for Tastefully Simple, and had her own housekeeping business. Nikki also has a 14 year old daughter, Sadee. During her time off, Nikki likes to bowl, golf, play bingo, frequent garage sales, and scrapbook. Nikki has already rented homes to several new neighbors and we are pleased to have her on the Condor team. If you haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting Nikki, you are encouraged to stop by the office and say hello!

National Boss Day: Thank You Ginny!

Today is National Boss Day, and so we are honoring our Community Manager Ginny!

Ginny is the community manager at Eagle Ridge Apartments
Ginny has been with Condor Corporation since June 2006, starting as the Community Manager at Eagle Ridge.  She is passionate about serving people, and is happy to do so.  Ginny has been in the apartment industry since 1987, starting as a caretaker and working her way up to management.  She has also worked in a hospital and nursing home, managed twelve Pro-Shops for Northwest Racquet and Swim Clubs, and worked in real estate. In her free time Ginny enjoys going to movies, challenging residents in ping-pong, boating on Lake Minnetonka, cooking and baking yummy treats (and sharing and eating them), and volunteering at her church in the cafeteria. She is also a proud mom to a now 21 year-old daughter. Happy Boss Day Ginny!
