The Fitness Center Wants You To Come Visit

It's the last day of January, and it's a good time to reflect on the progress you made with your New Years resolution.

The Eagle Ridge fitness center is the perfect place to achieve your goal, if your resolution was to get more exercise. Our fitness center is open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, and it is a very short walk from your apartment. You don't have to waste time with a drive to a gym or waste money on a membership. We have two treadmills, two elliptical machines, a universal weight station, hand weights, and exercise balls. There is also a television with plenty of cable channels to watch while you walk or run.

Reaching your ideal weight takes effort and determination to exercise consistently and maintain a healthy diet. Of course, before you start a new exercise or diet regimen you should consult with your doctor to determine if your plan is healthy for you.

And, if you're late to the game in setting a New Years resolution, then use this last day of January to commit to using Eagle Ridge's fitness center more often.

The fitness center at Eagle Ridge is a great place to walk or run, especially when there's a windchill advisory outside!

Snow Rhymes With Tow

With the recent snowfall we've received here we would like to remind you that we do not allow non-motorized, non-moving, non-operable or un-licensed vehicles to be parked in the lots. All vehicles must be moved on a regular basis to allow for necessary snow removal. 

Vehicles that are in violation of this Community Policy are subject to be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Our staff works hard to ensure a safe environment during the winter months by continually plowing and salting walkways and roads during times of snow, but it is still important to use caution while walking on side walks, going up and down stairs and entering or exiting your vehicle. Proper footwear with non-slip tread is vital to surviving a Minnesota winter!

Enjoy the beautiful snow, but be careful out there!

Staff Spotlight: Have You Met Kelsey?

We would like to introduce you to our newest Leasing Consultant, Kelsey. Kelsey joins us from Stewartville, Minnesota where she originally grew up. For the past five years Kelsey was studying Graphic Design at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa. Kelsey was a recent Graduate Assistant Tennis Coach at Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa, where she coached Men’s and Women’s intercollegiate athletes and earned her Master’s degree in Organizational Management. Kelsey moved back to Minnesota to be closer to her family, which has always been her number one priority. On her down time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, catching up on her favorite television shows on AMC, and, of course, playing and teaching tennis.

When asked what she wanted to share with our residents, Kelsey said, “I look forward to meeting the residents here at Eagle Ridge Apartments and providing a comfortable and positive living environment for all current and future residents!”

A Precious New Baby At Eagle Ridge!

We have another baby to celebrate here at Eagle Ridge! Bobby and Kendra are overjoyed with the birth of their beautiful 8lb 15oz baby girl this past December. Leven Colleen was born on 12/16/2012 at 12:16 am. Let’s all wish them the best of luck with their new baby girl and their new life as a family.

Bye Bye Grime

Winter tends to get our vehicles full of grime from salt and sand on the road. Don't forget about our free car wash bays in every building's garage which make it easy to give your car or truck a rinse. If you want more than a water rinse then stop by the office to get a remote for the 7050 building. The car wash bay there is equipped with soap and wax options to make your vehicle really shine.

Two Eagle Ridge residents recently celebrated an important milestone! Gary and Mary celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends in the Eagle Ridge party room. Please join us in congratulating them!
