Jesse Doubles Down On Celebrations

It's been a busy few days for Jesse, our caretaker for the 9800 building. He's had several chances to celebrate some special days. With his birthday on Thursday, the staff at Eagle got things started early with a birthday cake on Wednesday. He then rounded out the birthday fun with a family gathering. Then this Saturday he celebrated his last couple weeks of 'single-hood' with some friends at his bachelor party! Happy birthday, Jesse, and congratulations on the coming wedding!

With all the reasons to celebrate lately, there's no surprise Jesse is sporting a big smile!

Man On Stilts In The Party Room? Nope, Not A Clown!

Recently Robert and Gregor have been working hard in the Party Room kitchen, making some repairs and sprucing it up. At Eagle Ridge we're always working to make sure the property is in great condition.  Robert got so into it that he donned a pair of stilts to reach the high places.

Remember, the Party Room is available for your private party for only $40.00. Call the Rental Office to reserve the Party Room for your birthday, graduation, or holiday parties. Having a wonderful space like the Party Room for you to host in is yet another great benefit of living at Eagle Ridge.

Jessica Brightens Up Eagle's Office For A Day

Yesterday we had the great pleasure of having Jessica help us in the office at Eagle Ridge. Jessica is the assistant manager at one of our sister communities, Raven Hill. She graciously stepped in to help staff the Eagle Ridge office. You may be seeing Jessica and a few other new faces in the Eagle Ridge office over the next few weeks. Our own Dana will be on a temporary assignment helping staff the office at another of our sister communities, Gulf Gate Apartments in Sarasota, Florida.

Two New Residents Make Eagle Their Home Sweet Home

Join us in welcoming your two newest neighbors, Marc and Avery! Marc has been waiting patiently to move into a two bedroom apartment at Eagle Ridge since September of 2011, but first he needed to find a roommate. Eventually Marc connected with Avery and they're both excited to be able to move to Eagle Ridge. Our new residents picked up their keys this last Saturday. We're very excited to have you both here, Marc and Avery! Say 'hello' if you happen to see either of them around!
